This week is gonna be awesomeness. All this week, I'm staying at my step-grandparent's ranch house. This thing has 3 bedrooms (which are all really large, 2 have bathrooms), a kitchen, a dining room, 2 living rooms, 4 bathrooms, a laundry room, a SWIMMING POOL, and a pool house that has a living room, some workout stuff, a bed hidden inside this cabinet thing, a laundry room, a kitchen, and an impressively large bathroom. I'M staying in the master bedroom. ;)


I'm sitting in the living room that has a huge TV, really comfy chairs, and a bunch of DVDs. This is where my step-grandma finishes puzzles. Also, there's a really big window to my left that gives an awesome view of the pool.


They also have a huge front yard. And they have a computer and wifi, but right now, I'm on my super cool mini laptop.


So this week is gonna be REALLY SWEET.


Oh, they also have two dogs and a cat. The huge dog they have is the only dog in the world I'm fond of (wait, one of the two dogs, Emily's dog Toby is just dang adorable) and the smaller dog--He's my least favorite dog in the world. Hey, there's always a price to pay for awesomeness. But then there's Pumpkin, their little orange kitty. I just love that thing. He sheds an awful lot though. (another price to pay. Orange fur all over your clothes. o. o)


Back to W101. I've been farming for an Irate Spectre, and I'm about to farm Herkir for his Storm Cat.


Hey, remember Xmas break when I used to do that 1 OYOTOMI LATER... thing? Well I guess I can do that with Herkir and the Demon!

We all need to stop and think about... 

No offense to all who have left this meeting but...

We need to think about our "NOOB" days.

Do we think about it a lot?

No.

Do some people ignore the past?

Yes.

And do our Noob days still live on, in our hearts?

For some, No.

We all need to think back. Way back. Back to when we first saw that commercial, heard those recommending words from a friend, or anything else that got us to find Wizard101.


It's creepy, I remember exactly where I was when that commercial was playing on my screen.


I was at my grandma's house, December 2008. Alex and I were watching Spongebob. I was sitting on the tan leather recliner on the left side of the huge, spacious living room. The TV had many ads on. And then, I saw a blue crystal ball on the screen.


The television zoomed out. I saw a face inside of the crystal ball, an owl, and an elderly man that appeared to be a Wizard.


"Who will save Wizard City?" the owl spoke.


"This may be the one!" the old man said in a hoarse tone.


"But they'll have to be brave!" the owl exclaimed.


I perked up. I was obsessed with Harry Potter, and this looked a lot like it. I was excited and interested.


The most interesting creatures rolled across the screen.


"They'll face many creatures," the man continued.


Many more creatures appeared, and both characters spoke. Finally, a few people appeared on the screen. I saw a girl with purple pigtails, and a long, tall Witch's hat. And then, a scary man appeared. His face was frightening. And then, as I saw the word "WIZARD101" the man ended with the phrase," If they are to defeat the greatest threat of all."


4 months later, I remembered to check out the site. It's all history from there.


Aren't these awesome memories? They make you think really deeply. Now, think about that moment of awe, when you were placed in your school.


You saw the results. For me, I was shocked. I thought my personality at that time would get me in Death. But I was a Life mage. 


How about when you were creating your character?


Well, I was addicted to the Wii at the time, and my Mii looks exactly like Alia. Well, my eyes are actually brown but, you know. I decided on the long hair, because the ponytail looked weird. I always wore my hair in a ponytail. BUT, my Mii had that hair that I have.


I was choosing a face. Maybe the eyes were too big. Or the lips. Or it looked nothing whatsoever like me. I was down to the final two. The smiling one, and my current one. I thought two hilarious thoughts that got me to decide mine.


The smiling one:


1. Looked like Micheal Jackson in some way. xD


2. Well, I didn't wanna be SMILING all of the time!


I chose to have a soft smile, not a wide grin, and beautiful sea green eyes. I was lookin' good!

Many of you know what my "noob" clothes looked like. But anyway, why did you chose those colors for YOUR noob clothes? I chose black and purple trim because black was one of my favorite colors at the time, and purple WAS my favorite color.

After this, it was time for my first duel. How did you feel during that battle?


Anyway, when I saw that duel I thought, "Oh. This is going to be one of those stupid trading card games."


Well, technically it IS, but without the stupid part.


When I saw how my cards came to life, I knew this would be more.


It took forever to get to Headmaster Ambrose's office. How did you feel when you walked out to the wide open world? When you followed the yellow arrow (when I started, there were a bunch of yellow ARROWS during the ravenwood quest, and the unicorn way quest) how did you feel? It felt exciting for me. I saw many wizards gathered in the commons, with chat bubbles filled with ... .


From there, you've just gotta think about those days up until now.


They're called "memories" people. Recall them every once in a while.


I didn't think about this topic until I defeated Jade Oni, about to move on to DS. I wanted his pet badly. I did the second chance chest about 5 times. No pet. BUT, I looked at my loot for a second. I got two Jade Oni's Vestments. When I equipped it, I thought, "OH MY GOSH THAT IS BEAUTIFUL!" And then... I got all emotional and thought about when I was level 20.


That's when I started this blog.


You see, a few weeks before I started my blog, I changed my look from this:

Okay, so mounts are REAL big. Like, REALLY REALLY big. Literally, as well. In fact, we're so familiar with them that we always know that they're located in that little famous crown button.

 

 *sigh* The Crown Shop has been a benefit in our Wizard City adventures.


But MOUNTS!


MOUNTS!


They are the most awesome accessory EVER.


It's like the latest style in one of those fashion mags. Or the perfect addition to your favorite outfit. I'm getting too girly here. xD


Anyway, it all started one October day. The test realms opened. Everyone eagerly logged in. It was time to test out some mounts.


A certain girl, Alia LotusPetal, bought a lovely Royal Lioness and Royal Outfit set. The test realms were AMAZING! This would be the first time she was on the test realm.


Of course, there were hundreds of mounted wizards... Riding along on ponies of different varieties... Brooms... Even tigers and Lions! It was one of the best updates ever made in Wizard101.


Then... Weeks later... There was an update to the live realm.


All bloggers went crazy.


Mounts were out.


Anyone who was ANYONE had one. Mountless Adept Alia LotusPetal was fine. She went through all of Krokotopia, Marleybone, Mooshu, and a bit of Dragonspyre without one. Finally, one December evening in the Grand Chasm, Alia LotusPetal bought a White Mare. Pretty much everyone with Crowns had one of these awesome things!

Another morning in February, something totally epic happened. Overnight, there was an update! No test realm or anything. No waiting. Just log in and get your new WING MOUNTS!

Everyone wanted to grab them. Crownless ones fled to Kraysys in an instant for wing farming. And that week, you could not walk anywhere without hearing the word "wings." Alia LotusPetal then bought some, and passed her White Mare down to Rachel LotusBlossom. It was wing chaos.


With Celestia coming out, will there be any underwater mounts? Who knows?


But, are these awesome accessories a ripoff?

Ugh. Fine. When I first got them, I thought I was going to have so much fun on my mount. I would go faster, and be higher in the air. But... Mounts are kinda bulky. I loved the shoe idea... I'd say I want increased speed without always having to be on a dang horse.

I was chewing some strawberry citrus Trident Layers... Blowing huge bubbles with it... I got a Triton Statue and a Cyclops Statue! I can't wait to try for the Firecat...

I didn't get my Blue Ghost, sadly. :(

I hope I get my Sprite pet AT LAST! After I get the Firecat statue, I'm gonna try for some KT statues. Then MB. Hopefully, MS. And DS? Don't even get me started...

Okay, errm, anyway...

Okay, I teleported to Amber R. yesterday, and she was in Katz Lab. Apparently, she was helping a friend. So, I got an idea: for us to fight SMOGGER. Yep, the one and only, the Life loot machine, secret boss. SMOGGER. Amber and I got pulled in a million times... Stupid Marleybone... So anyway, we defeated him, and here's the LotusPetal's loot.

Hat: No chest involved. Fairy: Chest involved!


I love Isabella. She ROCKS!


Anyway, I've noticed That I'm still in my 6000's for my views. Hello? THE LOTUSPETAL IS STILL POSTING!

Okay, anyway, I got SUPER LUCKY. So, we're battling Nightshade for the first attempt, and looky looky, THIS dropped into my lap.

 Okay, so after that, we're farming Jade Oni. FIRST ATTEMPT. So, I see I won a wand, I equip it and..

ROFL! Another one! It's super creepy, and to think it happened in the same 30 minute period.

Now I have me some Balance wands for Rachel. She's going to be so excited!

Well, I gtg to sleep now.

You would not believe how many times I destroyed that Wraith. I have gotten SO MANY Ceramic Vases, Jade Tables, and Stone Lantern Columns. I was getting so sick and tired of seeing SHOES OF MUSIC appear on my screen. Do you know how much I've farmed that Wraith?Yesterday, I had 20,000 gold. NOW, I have 40,000! NO JOKE! I got 2 rare Storm hats, and 3 rare Fire boots. I NEED YOUR HAT, OYOTOMI!!!

Once I became rich, I changed my Jade Oni's name. I changed it to Baby Ellie, because Ellie sounds like the beginning of Elephant. I would have named it Baby Jade, if it HAD Jade! Also, did you notice that most of my clothes lately have been dark green and gold?

Guess it's back to farming. I'll fight him about 5 times, then I'll go back to defeating these Draconian Warlock things.

I still hate Oyotomi... In fact, I got his Jade Blade TWICE. I would have sold it to the Bazaar, but it was one of those No Auction Items.

The Awesomely Awesomest News!

1. I have 14 followers! (Though I can't figure out who followed...)

3. Alia now has a super cool Amethyst Oni pet! (Purple Helephant.)

Though now I have Queen Orio and Cassie (Purple Oni), there will always be a special place in my heart for Miss Boomer and Princess Midnight. I HAVE 13 PETS! :D


The War Oni had 184 HP less than me. I'm level 38 now. Anyway, he wasn't hard with my Grandmaster Ice henchman, and my Adept Storm henchman.


I have this friend, and I call him Mr. HELP! Because every time I was going back to Tatakai Outpost to kill some Ronin Keyholders, he yelled to me, "HELP!" then, "Hurry up." and finally, "Please?" what's weird is that he's my level and is still working on Savarstaad Pass...


But Shattertusk DID drop a Balance robe that sold for 200 gold. I CAN AFFORD THE MARLEYBONE SMALL HOUSE NOW! Oh joy.... It kind of seems better than my Krok house anyway.... I'm trying to save up for the Marleybone Mansion. I am so close yet so far.

The "no" is because the closest to cute cats in Marleybone drop dead! The Scratchers. I have to say they are NOT as cute and cuddly as Gypsy, but they're kind of fluffy and they don't have hidden faces. Also, they aren't old, practically hairless Sphinx or Cornish Rex breed cats. (I'm talking about YOU Meowiarty!)

YES, because I defeated Dr. Von Katzenstien! I had enough Crowns for Counterweight East, but I don't think I'll have enough for Counterweight West. Or Big Ben. So, I'm practically Crownless. But Marleybone has THE MOST side quests EVER! I'll be entertained for the next 2 weeks...
