Between my birthday and a rather busy week at school... I haven't found the time to post.
But thank goodness it's Friday!
Ah, yes. I got a drawing tablet for my birthday! This is a picture I drew for my good friend Talon over at The Heroic Pyromancer over a week's time. I think I've gotten the hang of my tablet now!
Arguably, it's the best thing I've drawn with my tablet all week.
Got a little lazy working on the shoes there, as you can see. xD

October the 5th, 2009.
Ah, what a wonderful day. I asked my mom for permission to do what I'd seen others were doing before, something big, something that could promote my fanfiction--something that could be fun. And she said yes.
On that wonderful day, I logged onto my Mom's computer, did what I needed to do, and then proceeded to play Wizard101.
On October the 5th, 2009, I created The Wizard101 Addict.
Yup, that's right--as of today, this blog is two years old--that's right, TWO YEARS OLD!
I've spent an absolutely wonderful two years in this amazing community. It's been the greatest ride of my life, and I have to say, out of everyone there is to thank--I'd like to thank my wonderful fans and followers, the ones who view my blog often, the ones who will read my posts from the title to "~The LotusPetal."All of you out there, all of you, I just want to thank you.
I'm not leaving anytime soon, that's for sure--but there's a downside to staying for a long time, I've discovered...
It hit me a while ago, when I realized my blog's birthday was coming up--The past two years, yes, I have made several friends over Wizard101--but several of them have quit. Several of them. It's kind of painful to see them all leave, but... Of course, eventually, all of us are going to leave soon, whether we like it or not.
But I promise you all, I won't be leaving anytime soon at all. Not at ALL.
You guys are just awesome. And I want to thank you for these two wonderful years I've spent blogging.
No, seriously--You guys are so awesome, I just can't find the right words to explain how thankful I am for all you guys. Ehe. Without all of you, I would have quit blogging LONG ago.
Sorry I haven't been active lately--after my birthday, which is in ten days, I'll make sure to start blogging a little more frequently.

Ok, ok. So, you know how me... and quite a few other bloggers are obsessed with.... y'know, manga, anime, cosplay, and all that other stuff? Well, my friend Mary Dreamshade and I were considering having a Cosplay party! If you don't know what cosplay is, basically, you can dress up as your favorite T.V. show, manga, anime, video game, or whatever character. Then we all just... Party! :3
We're still JUST CONSIDERING the idea at the moment, though. I'll talk to her later about it.
I'm also working on a brand-new music video--Most of my skypie friends are gonna be in it. :3 It's for a song called Be My Escape by Relient K. Cody recommended the song, and I liked it, so... yea! :D

I'm mainly depending on my Silver Trumpet Vine and Deadly Ninja Fig at this point... *randomly goes afk to help connor with his math homework*
Anyway. I was also thinking of trying to train some of my life pets to hatch with them. I need to get two of my teen pets to adult in order to do this... But uh... Heh, I'm already busy gardening.
So, I was kinda thinking maybe I could just get to Grandmaster Gardener, and THEN I could start pet training. For now, though, I just have to imagine my plants wither as I stay computerless for the night.... *shudder*

Hey guys, I'm trying to post more frequently little by little. So, I decided to post a few days after my previous post, ya know? I have all week next week off, so posting will be much more easier ;)
Anyway, today my school had this huge event (and I'm not gonna be specific here) but it's for every grade in my school, and we raise money for a "certain organization for disabled children which I will not specify" in this huge fundraiser. Then, the week of Valentine's Day each year, we all create our own teams, and on that Friday we all participate in the huge event where we all *INSERT SPECIFIC ATHLETIC ACTIVITY HERE* according to grade. It. Is so. Much. FUNNNNN
So, they play a bunch of popular music from previous years, and everyone sang along to almost EVERY SONG during the whole thing. xD Especially when "I Gotta Feeling" starting playing. Oh my gosh, even I sang along to that one. I'm not exactly one to sing, even all silly-like in public, but that was a good time. :D Amy and I were singing that song as loud as we could, rofl. (she was on my team.) It's a moment I definitely won't forget for many years to come. :)
So, as I was leaving the Gym to get back to class, I thought, "Hey, what kind of times have I had like this on Wizards?" I was thinking for a while, and I've come up for many different moments. :)
♥Meeting Chase Spirittail (well DUH! Like THAT wasn't obvious ;P)
♥Samuel Watercaster's BDAY party (one of the last times I ever saw Chase, also the first day I met Amber :D)
♥Isaac Griffinrider's Transformation Party (The day after I met Chase, he held a party. We all transformed, I filmed it, and it was SO MUCH FUN. That was the first time I realized Chase would be a great friend :))
♥Getting crowns for the first time since I started blogging. :D
♥My birthday party--HECK YEA THAT WAS WORTH REMEMBERING.
♥When I stayed up 'til 4 in the morning just to finish my first ever music video =.= xD (well it WAS worth it)
♥(speaking of that last one) FINALLY figuring out how to make a video and upload it to my blog ;) I was SO HAPPY I literally went "OH YEA!" irl xD
♥(well DUH, this one's obvious too!) The first time... I ever... logged onto Wizards xD
I swear, I will never forget those moments. I still haven't, so what do I have to lose? xD
Oh, and in other news, my dad's old laptop returned from the dead (I accidentally spilled water on it... That's me, the klutzy Alia =.=) and I'm blogging from it right now! I downloaded Google Chrome on it, and I installed this awesome Hatsune Miku template I never saw before! :D It's kinda weird that I'm typing that... Right as I'm listening... To Vocaloid stuff... xD
Ok, well I guess that's all the news I've got for today! I'll try to post as soon as I can, or at least if I find something interesting. :P
