A year-long addiction

I was bored.


I finally got the genius idea of creating a blog. I read The Friendly Necromancer and Awesome Pyromancer's Diary daily. Now, I thought it would be a fun experience to blog.


Already having a Gmail account made everything easier. Totally. I hated making new accounts for stuff. I quickly added a green and blue template and made my first ever post.


I was about to start the journey of a lifetime on October 5th, 2009.


YOU HEARD RIGHT!


Today is the proud, one year birthday of The Wizard101 Addict. I couldn't possibly be happier. After one whole year, I've come so far.


Though, I never did this for the fame. The friends. The highly advertised story.


I did this because it was going to be a part of me.


I never thought I'd even LIVE to get 85 loyal followers in one year. I never thought I'd make over 250 exciting and random posts. And I never thought people would both look up to me and want to tear me down at the same time.


Stealing one's signature story is one thing. It's like stealing a small bit of you. But stealing your blog... That would be like ripping a whole entire half of you from everything else. It's just horrible to possibly imagine it.


When I started blogging, I never expected anyone to even READ. Now I have so many views and followers.


Thank you. Thank you all for everything you guys have done to make this the best year I've ever had. :) *starts tearing up from happiness*
