You're looking for Youkai's Headwraps of Intent, a level 35+ life only hat. (My life wiz has one in her bank, waiting to be stitched onto her Grandmaster gear once she gets it all.) It's a No Auction item so you'll need to farm Youkai for it, he's the tough hidden boss in the Tree of Life instance. (Rank 10 Life boss with 10,000 health.) If you're stitching it anyway I think there's a fire version too that I've seen in the bazaar once or twice but I don't recall the name.
